- Decide on the reason your kid needs a laptop. If he is a student then a student laptop could be sufficient. However if the kid is really small, does he need a laptop or a desktop would serve the purpose? Therefore, think clearly why your kid needs a laptop and what purpose it is going to serve. This way, buying a kid laptop can get easier.
- If your kid is a high school student and needs a laptop for doing school work, then you might as well choose a budget laptop. Since he might not need to use it very frequently, a budget laptop from Dell should be sufficient.
